No more trash food. I mean that literally — I ate a bunch of sugary garbage right before improvising this track, which made me feel pretty gross, like a punch in the gut (thus the title) — but I also mean it spiritually, politically, emotionally, whatever. Blow out the poison and don't let it back in. Know your body, know your boundaries, know your community, but also know that it's all a tiny part of something much bigger than you'll ever fathom in your nuttiest dreams. I should probably take my own advice someday.
